• W.R. Grace (GRA) up 6% after entering into a definitive agreement under which Standard Industries Holdings will acquire Grace in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $7B, or $70 per share in cash
• Axsome Therapeutics (AXSM) up 8% after announcing that the FDA has accepted for filing the company's new drug application for AXS-05 for the treatment of major depressive disorder, and has granted the application Priority Review.
